NICE CROWD is offering an exciting spring internship opportunity in our Social Media Department at our Los Angeles office. This internship provides eligible full-time students with the chance to receive credit while learning and contributing to our social media strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Support in the planning and execution of social media events, giveaways, and collaborations.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- Eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Prior experience with social media content creation or management is a plus, but not required.

- Must be available to work on-site at our Los Angeles office.
- Commitment to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the internship period.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to social media projects.
